As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Visa Expert cum Non-Air Product Executive to strengthen our Non-Air division and help scale our offerings in the Nigerian market and beyond.
Role Summary
This position requires an individual with hands-on experience in visa application processes (tourist, business, work, and study), along with a strong understanding of hotel bookings , tour packages , group travel management , and study abroad advisory . You will be responsible for creating, managing and growing our Non-Air portfolio by offering exceptional service and accurate consultation to clients while working closely with the Country Manager and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Visa & Immigration Services
- Handle end-to-end visa application processing for countries including but not limited to the UK, US, Schengen states, UAE,Some African, and Asian destinations.
- Advise clients on required documents, timelines, and country-specific requirements.
- Track visa application statuses, follow up with embassies/VFS centers, and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with clients and embassy representatives to resolve queries and issues.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Non-Air Travel Services (CM will help you in this)
- Manage hotel bookings (individual and group), domestic and international.
- Curate and customize tour packages based on client preferences and travel budgets.
- Coordinate group travel arrangements including accommodation, activities, transportation, and logistics.
- Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, hotel partners, and global suppliers.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
- Prepare accurate quotes, itineraries, and supporting documents for visa or travel proposals.
- Maintain a database of client submissions and ensure confidential handling of personal data.
- Handle customer service issues relating to Non-Air services.
- Collaborate with the ticketing team and accounts for end-to-end travel planning and invoicing.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visa processing and Non-Air travel services. Familiarity with visa procedures for UK, US, Schengen, UAE, and other popular travel destinations.
- Working knowledge of hotel booking portals, Amadeus (basic), and Nigerian domestic airline systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and client handling skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure in a time-sensitive industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic travel CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
