Job Description
Join Choice International Group (CIG) as the User Operations Head and lead the development of user experience mechanisms to enhance customer satisfaction. You will establish user feedback channels, categorize responses, and conduct follow-ups to optimize our services.
Your role will include developing a comprehensive user lifecycle management system, planning a membership structure, and analyzing user behavior to identify high-value and at-risk users. Collaboration with product teams to improve features based on feedback is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦600,00.00 per month
Education: Undergraduate (Preferred)
Experience: 3 years in Mechanism Development (Required)
