Job Description
The Oyo State New Towns and Cities Development Authority (OYNTCDA) is looking for a skilled Urban Planning Specialist to lead transformative urban initiatives in Oyo State. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of experience in urban planning and hold both NITP and TOPREC registrations.
Key responsibilities include creating master plans, developing land use frameworks, directing infrastructure-driven developments, and ensuring adherence to planning laws and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS, along with experience in large-scale city projects, is mandatory.
