Job Description
Role:
- Achieving the Unit’s business goals through quality recruitment and training of Financial Advisers.
- Developing business segments as per company strategy.
Report To: District Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting a team of Financial Planners aligned with corporate strategy.
- Ensuring and maintaining productivity levels as prescribed.
- Developing various business segments according to the sales strategy.
- Training Financial Planners in close collaboration with the Training unit.
- Upholding the brand image and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₦120.00 per month
