Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and guiding a team of Financial Planners.
- Maintaining established productivity standards.
- Collaborating with the Training unit to enhance Financial Planners’ skills.
- Upholding our brand image and ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.
