Job Description
Standard Bank is seeking a full-time Underwriting Officer (Ref: 80447801A-001) based in Lagos. Candidates must hold a degree, have 3–4 years of post‑NYSC experience, and demonstrate knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market and regulatory framework. Experience in finance, accounting, or risk management is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and pricing corporate risk and analyzing exposures;
- Monitoring underwriting KPIs;
- Collaborating with product, project, and IT teams to implement technology‑led process improvements.
