Job Description
Topnosh Global Services, a fast-growing Nigerian FinTech, seeks a Transaction Officer in Lekki. This full-time, permanent role requires supporting real-time customer transactions, promoting Nosh products, maintaining accurate transaction logs, reconciling records, updating balances, and safeguarding confidential information.
- Assist customers promptly and resolve discrepancies.
- Record and reconcile transaction data; ensure accurate daily balances.
- Deliver clear product presentations and support sales initiatives.
- Work evenings and weekends as required; reside near Lekki.
Requirements: strong communication and presentation skills, excellent multitasking and time management, entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, and fast typing. Prior FinTech or e-commerce experience is advantageous. Compensation: ₦100,00–₦150,00 per month.
