Job Description
Economic and Business Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to lead our NGO’s capacity-building initiatives in Abuja. This full-time position offers a salary range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00, plus commission.
The ideal candidate will have a degree, a minimum of four years of mid-level experience, and a proven track record in designing and implementing impactful training programs. Responsibilities include developing training materials, engaging stakeholders, and securing funding for training initiatives.
Strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and experience in strategic planning are essential for success in this role.
