Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination: Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions, including booking venues, organizing equipment, and preparing training materials.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records of training activities, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
- Facilitation Assistance: Support trainers in delivering presentations, workshops, and seminars by managing logistics, such as setting up presentation equipment, distributing handouts, and preparing refreshments.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement and ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of employee training, certifications, and development activities. Prepare reports on training metrics and outcomes.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries, providing relevant information and resolving issues as necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in the development and update of training manuals, e-learning modules, and other educational materials. Collaborate with the HR and Training teams to refine and improve training processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc. or HND required.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a training, administrative, or HR-related role is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Resident in Lagos Island or it’s axis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
