Job Description
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that improve employee skills and performance. In this role you will partner with managers to assess learning needs, create engaging curricula, and implement effective training solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop instructional materials
- Facilitate workshops and implement e-learning platforms
- Measure training outcomes and recommend improvements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, experience in instructional design or corporate training, strong communication and project management skills, and proficiency with learning management systems.
