Job Description

Job Overview:

eRecruiter Africa is seeking an experienced Telesales Specialist for a real estate development firm in Lekki, Lagos, known for its innovative residential properties. The successful candidate will lead the Email & Telephone Marketing Unit, enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Manage a team to achieve campaign goals.
• Analyze performance and implement optimizations.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in email and telephone marketing.
• Leadership qualities to drive the marketing unit.
• Available to work on Saturdays.

Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦350,00.00 per month
