Job Description
Checkoff Finance is excited to invite a driven Telesales Officer to be a part of our vibrant sales team in Abuja. In this role, you will promote and sell our loan products through phone interactions, foster strong relationships with customers, and work diligently towards achieving your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct over 100 outbound calls daily.
- Ensure accurate customer data management in the CRM.
- Upsell and cross-sell a range of loan products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of telesales experience.
- HND/BSc. in any discipline.
Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00, plus commission.
