Job Description

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State & Surulere, Lagos
Working Hours: 8 AM to 7 PM
Job Responsibilities:
– Lead the telesales team to achieve targets.
– Develop telesales and digital marketing strategies.
– Manage social media accounts for customer engagement.
– Monitor team performance and provide necessary training.
– Build customer relationships and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications:
– 4+ years in telesales or related field.
– Minimum OND required.
– Proficient in digital marketing and computer literate.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary: From ₦80,00.00/month
