Job Description
Careers Verified seeks a full-time Telecom Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support via voice, chat, and email. Responsibilities include handling inquiries on network issues, data plans, SIM registration, billing, troubleshooting and escalating technical cases, processing SIM swaps and data activations, maintaining CRM records, educating customers on products and promotions, managing complaints and follow-ups, and reporting recurring issues while ensuring NCC compliance.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc., strong communication and customer service skills, basic telecom knowledge, CRM proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts required.
- Job Type: Full-time • Salary: ₦100,00–₦120,00/month.
