Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide prompt troubleshooting and customer assistance for software and hardware issues. You will diagnose technical problems, guide users through solutions via phone, chat, and email, escalate complex cases to engineering, and maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system.
- Requirements: 1–2 years of technical support experience; strong verbal and written communication; familiarity with Windows and macOS; basic networking knowledge; customer-focused problem solving.
