Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Manage incoming calls and identify customer needs.
- Build trust-based relationships through effective communication.
- Accurately record customer interactions and process accounts.
- Handle complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Assist with orders, refunds, and exchanges.
