Job Description
Provide high-level administrative and technical support to the Board Chairman, managing complex calendars and coordinating all aspects of executive schedules. Organize and prepare board meetings, draft accurate minutes, and produce concise briefing materials and technical summaries. Liaise with executives and departments to collect reports, ensure timely distribution of agendas and presentations, and coordinate travel and logistics. Support research, data analysis, and the preparation of decision-ready documents. Maintain strict confidentiality, prioritize competing tasks, and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, strong technical literacy, keen attention to detail, and proven experience supporting senior leadership.
