Job Description
UNCLE T’S RESTAURANT is seeking a full-time Supervisor to support the Manager and Chef in daily restaurant operations. The Supervisor will schedule and train staff, delegate duties, supervise food and beverage preparation and presentation, and ensure prompt, courteous guest service.
- Maintain quality, safety, and sanitation standards; enforce personal and food safety procedures.
- Educate staff on menu ingredients and allergens; monitor guest satisfaction and resolve feedback, including authorizing refunds when appropriate.
- Lead weekly staff meetings, motivate the team, and perform administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month.
