Job Description
The Future Edge seeks a proactive Supervisor for a full-time, onsite role in Ughelli, Delta State. Salary: ₦100,00–₦130,00/month plus accommodation. You will oversee daily trade and distribution operations, coach and develop staff, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.
- Key responsibilities: manage daily operations, mentor team members, enforce standards, and drive sales/distribution targets.
- Qualifications: HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field; 3–5+ years supervisory experience in trade and distribution (5 years preferred); strong leadership and communication skills.
