Job Description
GKGS Consulting is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Benin City, Nigeria. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦100,00 to ₦120,00.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve performance targets, effectively managing resources, and monitoring key performance indicators. Your contributions will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring adherence to company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of management experience. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
