Job Description
DANA GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves managing inventory, providing clinical guidance to staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Candidates should have a background in quality improvement initiatives and staff performance evaluation.
Requirements include a minimum of an M.Pharm degree, a valid pharmacist license, and 8-10 years of production experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential.
