Job Description
Position Purpose: As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the store team to meet business KPIs, enhance sales, manage costs effectively, mitigate risks, reduce stock loss, and uphold exceptional store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through outstanding customer service.
- Implement security measures to minimize stock loss.
- Efficiently manage costs and oversee administrative duties.

Job Requirements:
