Job Description
House of Maryjane is actively seeking a skilled Store Manager to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will oversee inventory management, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and orderly store environment. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, analyze sales data, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Location: 321 Road F, Close Festac Town, Lagos. Accommodation is available.
Requirements: A minimum of HND/BSc with over 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in computer skills and strong communication abilities are essential.
