Job Description

VIRGIN FOREST ENERGY LIMITED is seeking a dedicated and experienced Station Manager to oversee operations at our fuel station. We are looking for a Female candidate to promote gender balance within our team.

Requirements:

• Female (for gender balance purposes)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (Minimum Second Class)
• 3+ years of experience as a Filling Station Manager in Nigeria’s Oil and Gas sector
• Strong negotiation, marketing, and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Direct and evaluate station operations
• Manage staff efficiently while resolving customer complaints
• Create and maintain employee schedules
