Job Description
Pelican Staffing Solutions Nigeria is seeking a motivated Administrative Staff Secretary & Front Desk Officer who will serve as the face of our organization. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring effective communication. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing schedules, maintaining student records, coordinating with instructors, and handling various administrative tasks.
Requirements: Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong organizational skills.
