Job Description
The SEN Coordinator will:
- Provide support and guidance to pupils with special educational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate learning programs and progress towards targets.
- Implement systems for identifying, assessing, and reviewing SEN students.
- Create transition plans for new and existing SEN pupils.
- Ensure high-quality resources for students and staff.
- Support department developments of SEN provision.
- Maintain an inclusion and intervention register.
