Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities include preparing meals to guest specifications, measuring kitchen ingredients accurately, managing kitchen inventory, and overseeing cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Qualifications: Culinary School diploma or B.Sc in Food Technology, 5-6 years of experience, exceptional cooking skills, team management ability, and proficiency in restaurant management software.
