Job Description
Midnight City Lagos seeks a committed and experienced Sous Chef to strengthen our kitchen leadership during peak hours. This pivotal role supports the Head Chef and ensures consistent culinary quality and service.
- Assist Head Chef with daily operations and menu execution
- Supervise, train, and coordinate kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support prep, cooking, and inventory control
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience, proven leadership, and strong culinary skills.
Hours: 6 days/week, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM • Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos • Salary: ₦150,00–₦250,00/month.
