Job Description
Ralds and Agate is seeking a dedicated Solicitor Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will hold a First Degree in Law and possess a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law. You must demonstrate effective management of cases and client interactions while showcasing strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
Key responsibilities include managing legal cases from start to finish, drafting and reviewing various legal documents, and conducting thorough legal research. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential for providing expert legal advice to clients.
