Job Description
Phillips Outsourcing seeks a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives for microfinance banking clients in Abuja. The role involves designing and executing campaigns to advance financial inclusion, managing social platforms, crafting persuasive content and client success stories, and running targeted Meta and Google advertising. You will optimize ads, analyze performance metrics, and develop customer acquisition funnels to acquire borrowers and savers while building online trust.
- Requirements: proven digital marketing/social media experience, strong copywriting and content development skills, ad optimization and analytics expertise, and understanding of acquisition funnels.
- Experience in financial services, microfinance, or fintech is a plus. Full-time. Salary: ₦180,00–₦350,00 per month.
