Job Description
Theshopthera seeks a professional Social Media Manager to oversee Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. The role requires planning, creating, and publishing posts, stories, reels, and videos; developing weekly and monthly content calendars; and crafting on-brand captions.
- Monitor and respond to comments and customer messages promptly.
- Track engagement, analyze content performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Incorporate relevant social trends and support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely content while maintaining brand voice and online reputation.
Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
