Position: SME Loan Team Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State

Salary: ₦400,00 net per month plus additional benefits

Responsibilities: Oversee loan portfolios, manage client relations, and ensure all loan procedures are adhered to.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Economics; minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a Microfinance Bank; strong analytical, leadership, and coaching skills.
