Job Description

SOW Real Estate Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise all ongoing developmental projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. Additionally, the Site Engineer will provide daily updates with pictures/videos, weekly reports, and manage the reconciliation of company funds.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil engineer in a real estate organization.
• COREN certified with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
