Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
The Settlement and Reconciliation Officer at ITEX Integrated Services Limited is responsible for resolving issues from electronic transactions, performing automated back-office functions including dispute processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage expected settlements for CARD-based transactions.
- Ensure timely receipt of settlements and correct pricing.
- Reconcile settlements and resolve transaction issues.
- Handle unsettled transactions for fund retrieval.
- Address customer complaints.
- Process manual commissions and analyze payment trends.
Qualifications: BSc in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis (Advanced Excel, Power BI).
