About the Role: The Service Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating with Service Advisors, organizing appointments, and managing vehicle data.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and coordinate customer reception.
- Discuss service scopes for repairs and obtain customer approval.
- Utilize checklists for service reception documentation.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and in order post-service.
- Monitor order completion and coordinate changes with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of automotive experience.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and excellent communication skills.
