Job Description
Fadac Resources is seeking a skilled Service Centre Manager to join our client, a leading service and retail company in Nigeria dedicated to offering top-quality electronic products and services. This position is based in Lagos.
Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily service operations, monitor pending complaints, manage escalation, generate revenue, provide technical support, handle stock, and ensure customer satisfaction. Leadership and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Electronics Service Centre, a Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred), and proficiency in communication, MS Office, and ERP systems.
