Location: Lagos (Fully Onsite)
Salary: ₦100,00 – ₦120,00
Job Summary: Thinkmint Nigeria is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth, manage the team, develop strategies, and foster client relationships. Strong leadership and sales expertise are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Build key client relationships.
- Analyze sales data for growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales performance reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 3+ years of sales management experience.
