Job Description
TeamAce Limited, in collaboration with a prominent Financial Institution, is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Warri, Delta. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between N150,00 and N200,00, along with commission opportunities and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships while resolving any issues that arise.
- Track performance metrics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive business growth through effective lead generation.
- Negotiate advantageous deals to finalize sales successfully.
- Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration across departments.
Qualifications:
- OND or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales.
