Job Description
We seek a Senior Research & Insights Associate (Anglophone) to lead rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies, translate data into actionable strategic recommendations, and present findings to clients and partners. Responsibilities include research design, fieldwork management, oversight of data analysis, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in social sciences, market research, or a related field, with at least 5 years of research experience and native-level English. Required skills: survey design; statistical analysis using SPSS, R, or Python; data visualization; and excellent writing and stakeholder communication. Project management experience, familiarity with development or policy research, and willingness to travel are preferred.
