Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Production Chef to lead large-scale food production, maintain consistent quality standards, and oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise preparation teams and streamline production workflows.
- Develop and standardize recipes, control portioning and yield, and optimize production schedules.
- Enforce food safety protocols, manage inventory, and implement cost-control measures.
Qualifications: minimum 5 years in high-volume production kitchens, proven leadership, HACCP or equivalent certification, menu engineering experience, and strong cost management skills.
