Job Description

We are seeking a Senior HR and Administrative Associate to lead HR operations and office administration, ensuring efficient daily operations and regulatory compliance.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
• Implement HR policies and maintain HRIS and employee records
• Oversee office facilities, vendor relationships, budgets, and administrative processes

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, solid knowledge of labor law, proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office, excellent communication, leadership, discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
