Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead property valuation, due diligence, and asset management across residential and commercial portfolios. The role involves preparing detailed valuation reports, advising on market trends, and coordinating with investors, legal teams, and asset managers to support strategic decisions.
- Requirements: degree in Real Estate or Surveying; minimum 5 years’ valuation experience; RICS or equivalent accreditation preferred.
- Skills: strong analytical, negotiation, and report-writing abilities; proficiency in valuation software and advanced Excel.
