Job Description

Kennedia Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy for global renewable energy projects. You will lead financial modeling, valuations, capital raising (debt, equity, project finance), transaction execution, and due diligence for M&A and joint ventures. Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting, and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and external advisors.

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in corporate, investment, or project finance.
  • Professional qualification desirable (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full-time; hybrid remote in Lagos. Compensation: ₦1,00,00–₦2,00,00/month.
