Job Description

LD&D Consulting is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for our HR outsourcing services, including recruitment and payroll. The successful candidate will close outsourcing deals, negotiate contracts, and generate leads. Enjoy a competitive pay of ₦400,00.00 per month plus a 10% commission on successfully closed deals.

Requirements: 4+ years in business development or sales in HR consulting/outsourcing, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency.
