Job Summary: The Secretary is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks that support the overall operations of the office reception area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors and maintain a tidy reception area.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience.
- Organized, friendly, and efficient with strong customer service skills.
