Job Description
We are seeking an experienced School Business Manager to lead finance, HR, facilities, and procurement. You will oversee budgets, payroll, contracts, and site maintenance while ensuring compliance with education regulations and safeguarding requirements. The role partners closely with the headteacher and governing board to deliver efficient services and value for students and staff, and to ensure accurate statutory reporting.
- Proven experience in school or public-sector finance
- Strong leadership, communication, and supplier-management skills
- Qualifications such as AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
