Job Description
Blue Advisory is seeking an experienced and skilled Salon Manager to lead our salon’s daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in salon management and hands-on experience in hair care services.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships, lead and motivate a team of over 10 staff, monitor inventory, implement marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with health standards.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of salon management experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with salon management software is a plus.
