Job Description
Juls Homes, a reputable real estate company committed to assisting individuals and investors in acquiring premium properties in prime locations across Lagos and beyond, is on the lookout for a dedicated Salesperson.
This full-time, on-site position based in Sangotedo/Ajah encompasses daily sales activities, including identifying potential clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, closing deals, and providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and conducting market research.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, and ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
