Job Description

Juls Homes seeks an experienced, results-driven Sales Unit Manager to lead a team of 15 sales executives. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, mentor and coach staff, analyze performance metrics, and continue to close personal sales.

Key requirements:

• Proven sales leadership; real estate experience preferred
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills

Full-time position. Compensation starts at ₦70,00/month, with competitive allowances, overrides and commissions, plus training and professional development.
