Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to guide a high-performing sales group, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will set clear targets, coach and develop representatives, and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Lead goal-setting, sales strategy, and quota attainment.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and skills development.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to optimize results.
- Maintain client engagement and resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of sales experience with leadership responsibilities, a proven record of meeting targets, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and strong problem-solving abilities.
