Job Description
Velvet Sparkles invites applications for a full-time Sales Representative based in Lekki Phase 1 (candidates residing within the Lekki axis preferred). Compensation: ₦150,00–₦170,00 per month. The role requires delivering exceptional in-store and online customer service, sharing expert product knowledge, handling sales, inquiries and follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless, welcoming shopping experience. You will also contribute to content creation, including reels, stories, and product photography.
- Responsibilities: assist customers, process transactions, manage follow-ups, and support visual and social media content.
- Requirements: proactive, confident, customer-focused with strong communication skills; sales or customer service experience; polished, friendly presence; passion for jewelry and fashion; reliable, organized and professional.
